YK | Your Keeper is a jewellery brand creating functional, tarnish-resistant jewellery designed with a purpose.

Our jewellery is designed, developed and manufactured directly for YK | Your Keeper under the YK brand.

We are committed to creating products that combine thoughtful design with everyday functionality.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, unless otherwise required by law.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing displayed on the website is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact affected customers regarding their order.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by YK | Your Keeper.

We use PayFast as our third-party payment gateway to process online payments securely.

By completing a payment through our website, you acknowledge that your payment may be subject to PayFast’s applicable terms and conditions.

YK | Your Keeper does not store your full credit card or payment card details on our servers.

Orders will only be processed for fulfilment once full payment has been successfully received and cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be verified, a product is unavailable or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times provided on our website or during the ordering process are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, operational delays or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
